Tommie Williams III

Tommie Williams was a 4 year letterman & 3 year starter at St. Peter Chanel High School. During his time at Chanel, he helped lead the Firebirds to:

​

• 2 NCL Conference Championships ('11 & '12)

• 2 District Championships

• 2 Regional Championships

• 2 State Final Four Appearances ('10 & '12)

Along with a number of personal achievements, records and awards throughout his career, Williams will go down as one of the best players to have played at the legendary St. Peter Chanel!

Tommie continued his career at Bowling Green State University where he pursued a degree in Exercise Science specializing in Athletic Performance. Before graduating in 2016, Williams was able to work first hand with High Level Division I athletes from all sports in the areas of strength, conditioning, and skill development. Respectively, this is the seed to what we know today as "Diamond Kut Training".
